Spectrum Clubs: Pacific Palisades

This class offers a balancing system that strengthens, lengthen, realigns your body. Pilates focuses on the “power center” of the body: abdominal, back, hips, shoulders, enabling the rest of the body to move freely. Small props may be used to enhance the traditional pilates mat exercises.

6:00am – 7:00am
Start pedaling and go! Follow your instructor on endurance rides,
intense intervals, drills, hills, flat roads and more. Using state of
the art stationary bikes, you can go at your own pace and never be
left behind. Dial up the resistance for a long challenging ride, or
take an express class.
